At Deen Dayal Plot Haryana, we maintain a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy regarding the registration and allotment process for residential plots under the DDJAY scheme.
- 100% Refund Guarantee: If an applicant is not successful in the unit allotment process or if the allotment is not confirmed for any technical reason, a 100% refund of the registration amount will be initiated without any hidden deductions or cancellation charges.
- Refund Timeline: All refunds for unsuccessful applications are processed within 15 to 20 working days from the date of the official allotment announcement.
- Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited back automatically to the **original source of payment** (Bank Account/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) that was used during the online registration through our secure payment gateway.
- Cancellation Request: If an applicant wishes to withdraw their application before the allotment process begins, they can send a formal request from their registered email ID to info@deendayalplotharyana.org.
- Post-Allotment Cancellation: Cancellation requests made after a unit has been successfully allotted will be subject to the terms and conditions of the specific developer and government guidelines for the DDJAY scheme.
Important Note for Applicants:
Please ensure that the bank account used for payment remains active until the refund process is complete. In case of any delay beyond 20 working days, please reach out to our support team with your Registration ID (#ID) for immediate assistance.
